DESCRIPTION

Non-foaming sanitizer based on a stabilized combination of hydrogen
peroxide and peracetic acid for brewery, beverage, dairy, poultry, meat
processing, seafood and other food processing industries.

APPLICATION

Oxisan is very effective against all types of micro-organism, even in SEAFOOD, ETC.
cold water. Oxisan is developed as non-rinse sanitizer for dairies,
beverage, breweries and other food processing industries.
Recommended concentration 0.2-0.5% (preferably 0.25-0.30%) at
temperature 5-40o
For used as an antimicrobial agent on red meat carcasses, poultry

carcasses, poultry parts, and organs 0.20–0.45% of Oxisan is recom-
mended (U.S. FDA CITE : 21CFR173.370 )

Micro-organism killing time is depended on concentration of Oxisan,
temperature and type of micro-organisms (Refer to table 1)

Recommended concentration 0.05-0.2% (preferably 0.1-0.15%) at temperature 5-40o C

Liquid neutral sanitizer for food industries ; brewery,
beverage, dairy, poultry, seafood and meat processing industry.

APPLICATION

Q-San M is suitable for all kind of materials such as chrome
nickel steel, iron, copper, tinned, galvanized iron, plastic
(PE, PP, PVC, etc.)
Prior to apply Q-San M, plant and equipments have to be
cleaned properly otherwise gemicidal effective will be
reduced.
For Non-direct food contact surface ; wall, floor, ceiling
0.2-0.4% w/w of Q-San M is recommended. For Boots
cleaning bath 0.4-0.8 % w/w and for hand sanitizing
0.2 % w/w of Q-San M is suitable. (No post rinse is
required)
For Direct food contact surface ; tank, pipe, process table,
cutting board and other process equipments, etc.
0.1-0.2 % w/w of Q-San M is recommended via foam
application and left contact time for 10-15 minutes or longer
at room temperature.
Non-rinse application can be applied by using product at not
more than 200 ppm. active quaternary ammonium compound.

DESCRIPTION

Chlorosan is a liquid sodium hypochlorite sanitizer for brewery,
beverage, dairy, poultry, seafood and meat processing industry.

APPLICATION

Chlorosan is very effective to all micro-organisms.
Prior to use , all surfaces must be cleaned effectively with proper
detergent.
Chlorosan is suitable for either CIP and fogging application, soaking
or immersion.
Use 0.1-0.3% Chlorosan (100-300 ppm active chlorine) at room
temperature with exposure time of 10-15 minutes for Stainless steel
surface.
Use 0.4-0.6% Chlorosan (400-600 ppm active chlorine) at room
temperature with exposure time 10-15 minutes for porous surfaces ;
plastic , rubber etc.

To prevent the corrosion on equipments surface, do not soak over-
night, overdosage or applying at temperature over 65o

C

Chlorosan can be applied as an additive to alkaline washing detergent
in case of heavy organic soil deposit. The concentration recommend
is 0.3-0.5% add up on the alkaline wash solution(1-2% as NaOH)
